Recipe: Stuffed Pork Chops*

Ingredients:

4 large or 6 small Pork Chops
1 package Stove-Top Stuffing
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ can of water

Directions:
-Rinse off and dry chops.  Heat small amount of oil in fry pan and briefly brown both sides over medium high heat, salting and peppering both sides.
-Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. (Note that at this point they are not cooked through, just browned).
-Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray.   Lay out pork chops in pan.
-Mix up Stove-Top according to package directions.
-Place a mound of stuffing on each chop, pressing firmly so it doesn’t fall off.  If your family likes lots of stuffing, you can mix up two boxes.
-Mix soup until smooth with ½ can of water.  Spoon evenly over dressing.
-Place in 375 degree oven and bake about 45 minutes or until the soup looks browned on top, not soupy.
Note:  You can use homemade stuffing instead of Stove-top if you have a recipe you like, but this is the easy version.
