¾ teas. dill weed
½ teas. lemon pepper seasoning
½ teas. salt
¼ teas. garlic powder
1 ½ lb. Salmon
¼ cup packed brown sugar
3 Tablespoons chicken broth
1 ½ Tablespoon vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 finely chopped green onions
1 lemon, thinly sliced into at least 6 good slices
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Directions:
Cut salmon into 6 servings. Lay skin side down in a glass cake pan. Mix together dry seasonings and sprinkle evenly over salmon.
Combine brown sugar, broth, oil, soy sauce, and green onions. Drizzle over the salmon. Turn each piece upside down so that the meat side is lying in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Uncover, turn them skin side down again and arrange lemon slices and onion rings on top of salmon.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Do not overcook. Makes 6 servings.

Note: This also works nicely on the grill in the summertime.
